Last week Justin Bieber was spotted spray-painting a wall in Brazil. The young pop star had been given permission to paint a specific wall but decided against it because he felt the neighborhood was too dangerous. Bieber then opted to paint another random wall, which obviously was illegal.

Fortunately for Bieber there is no jail time for such a crime and he’ll merely have to pay a fine.
