Paul Gascoigne the grey: England wizard dresses up as Gandalf to fool paparazzi

Celebrities are often forced to don a cunning disguise to slip unnoticed past the waiting hoards of paparazzi and footballing great Paul Gascoigne is no different.
The former Newcastle and Tottenham legend has posted a picture on his Twitter account of himself dressed up like an extra from the Lord of the Rings.

Gazza, who made over 50 appearances for England, is pictured in a brown hoodie, a long bushy beard and sunglasses with a message posted underneath which read: ‘Hiding from the press today so I went out like this…Haha x.’
Many of the 46-year-old’s Twitter followers enjoyed his disguise and took to the social networking site to offer advice on how he could improve it – with one suggesting he should add a hook hand to complete the look.
Gascoigne is relatively new to Twitter having only signed up in October, however, he has already amassed nearly 400,000 followers.
