We've written many articles on stray or homeless dogs, such as this Belgian Shepherd mix and Tad. This story is equally as touching.
In our story about Tad, we talked about how homeless dogs outnumber homeless people 5:1. This is still a shocking statistic for me.

The Quebec Society for the Protection of Animals (SPA) found this poor pup and rescued him. When the pup was found, he had so much extra fur and dust that he was completely unrecognizable as a puppy.
Only through proper grooming and care did he resemble his old self.
