Running for just two years now, the Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards is gradually becoming the most respected awards scheme for motion pictures all over Africa. year’s maiden edition was one of its kind and this year was something else consideration the buzz it generated prior to the main event and the fact that the AMVCAs was able to bring together most of the relevant stars, Producers, Directors, Scriptwriters, Costumiers, Make Up Artistes, Set Designers and everybody who matters as far as African Television and cinema is concern. Wherever there are celebrities; there is glamour, high level fashion and individual ‘swag’ and the 2014 AMVCAs was no different. Different African stars graced the occasion in fantastic styles. The awards ceremony took place on Saturday March 8, 2014 at the plush Ecko Hotel in Lagos Nigeria hosted by Vimbai Mutinhiri, IK Osakioduwa and Osas Ighodaro.
